I don't give a shit about the people or the gym, so for fun I'd like to see how far I can push it before getting kicked out.
I'm thinking of actually stop putting weights back and slam way harder because they're complaining either way.
Almost noone at my gym puts their weights back when done and slams them all the time,
so I know the reason for the complaints aren't actually those things, they obviously hate me, and I love it.
I've been making sick gains and started lifting more than almost everyone else there, so I bet they're jelly and want to
steal my gains. Also, I've been thinking about joining another gym where I don't have to talk to anyone.
I've become friendly with way too many regulars by now, it's really annoying having to make smalltalk everytime I go in.
There's also another gym right next door I can join.
So what should I do to make the life of my haters even more terrible?
I will of course put on the smuggest face when I'm in there, but what else can I do to piss them off?

Assuming you train for hypertrophy, and did bodyweight progressions, yeah you'll probably put on mass, but in general I'd say just stick to weights

Even though I've just woke up, I won't eat for over 20 hours.
If I feel like a little homo, I'll sip on some sparkling water, 4 hours after that I'll drink black coffee. I find that fantastically blunts my hunger in maintaining strength gains. If I'm still hungry I'll go bleach my asshole and buy a pink poodle, I find this helps with fat mobilization and fantastic for keeping a strong lean physique.
