Heres a question I hope someone can answer, can I go straight back to bulk calories after a few days sickness not hitting my macros? Or do I have to ramp up again like off a cut?

sort of. I snapped a couple weeks ago at someone in the gym. I was on the Lat Pulldown sitting down using my phone after a set and I hear someone say "if youre not going to use it, can you move?"
I looked at him, some 60 year old dude and said "shut the fuck up, I'm checking my routine" then i held up my phone to show him (i keep an excel document to record lifts whenever I hit a new pr or something)
me: "all you had to do was ask to work in and i would've let you, why be a fucking asshole?" at this point people are staring at us, the dude tries to laugh it off and says to another elderly woman "are you hearing this?"
"oh fuck sake... grow up" I say. A staff member came over to me later and talked to me, asked if i was ok. Ive never snapped on someone in public like that before. Must be the new confidence I have from lifting

If you're skelly right now you'll have an easier time though.
Just based off of the sticky: I'd say cut down to 10% body fat and then bulk to 15%. Rinse and repeat until happy. Your genetics will determine how similar you look to Christian though. Time and persistence. I'm 22, around 18% bf and that's more or less my plan.

So, /fit/, I'll try to be short and clear:
I need to get thin, and I need it fast. I just can't keep hating myself like this. By my calculations, I need to lose almost 50kg (110lbs), but I want it to be faster.
I've already started to change my food habits and I'm just waiting to get the medical certificate to start going to a gym.
The thing is...I know this will take so long, and I don't have the time to wait. Is there any medication I can get without any prescription that could help the process?
Also, I thought about starting sniffing cocaine again to speed up the process, does it work?

Eat 1200-1500 cals and do boat loads of cardio. You can drop 5 lbs a week easy. Itll take you 22 weeks. Thats super fucking fast.
