>too acidic ---> 1-2 little spoons of sugar (or more carrots that's why you need the carrot shavings)
> "i burned it"---> go buy chicken breast at the supermarket and pan sear it you suck at cooking don't even try.

this is the argentinian lentils stew, enjoy it fit.

Lentil soup only has 7g protein per 100g, cooked chicken has more protein than raw chicken since water evaporates.

Everything has high nutrient content if it's dried. Most foods are just carbs+fats+protein+water and just insignificant amounts of other things. If you remove water then of course you get a lot of protein. Uncooked pasta has more protein than minced meat. Doesn't mean it's a good protein source since you'd have to eat absurd amounts of cooked pasta to get what you need.
