boil 1lb bag
on the side, fry one chopped onion, lots of garlic
add 2 cans diced tomatoes, 2 table spoons of cumin, 1 table spoon of chili powder to onions and garlic
when all looks done, throw all that in slow cooker
let thicken (taste flavorless otherwise)
mix in sour cream before eating

There is literally no reason to delay starting lifting. You could be going into gym eating one meal a day and sleeping three hours a night and still make gains your first six months effortlessly, obviously you want to avoid this scenario and get the most out of it but your best bet is to start now and don't bulk until your confident in your knowledge of compounds movements, related auxiliaries and have a fairly high standard for your perceived level of exertion

There's a reason why a lot of people wind up fat on their first bulk, eat healthy and lift, don't be a fucking ape.

if you don't have any muscle mass, and are just a pile of blubber, do it.

buy a multivitamin, take 3 or 4 pills per day. Also get fish oil.

do whatever lifting you can, because it will decrease the muscle loss.

It's good to remember this when on 4chan, I'm a 24 year old with a physiotherapy mst. Going into a sports biomechanics specialisation and literally every single fucking thread I scroll past I see some shit I just want to write a paragraph long refutation towards or kids just chimping the fuck out and giving absolutely GARBAGE advice regarding injuries. (Check that fucking hip pain thread in the catalogue, fucking fiesta)

These people are literally basically LARP'ing as experienced lifters when they most likely have next to zero comprehension of how the body actually works in the weight room. Take anything you read here as a grain of salt because honestly 99.99% of the advice is completely fucking worthless when it comes to programming or assessing injuries, seeing as I and any other physios or experienced lifters who wind up here just can't be fucked telling people over and over and over again that they need to assess their activation patterns and train their fucking posterior chain before jumping onto SS+GOMAD off the back of 19 years of sedentary life style because theyre going to fucking annihilate their L5 within six months

Anyone have experience working out with the " ATH-S700BT "

I'm looking to replace my 10 dollar bluetooth headphones since the battery seems to be going to shit and the connectivity is as well. Was wondering if anyone has had experience with these specifically. I was also thinking of getting instead the " ATH-SPORT4BK " but the thing is I have had terrible terrible experiences with in ear buds even though the design is suppose to wrap around your ears with those guys.

I haven't worked out with over the ears so my questions with these ATH ones would be how tight are they, have they given you issues while working out. Do they fall off while doing certain jerking exercises, how are they when benching.

I'm sure anyone could answer some of these questions if you work out with other over the ears. I'm not just going to be using these for the gym but other things like meal prep, chores around the house, and travel. (also herp derp price tag herp derp). I have had amazing experiences with ATH which is why I'm considering these.

So I started the EC stack up again, I did it a few years ago but only took 24mg of E twice a day with 200mg of C. I'm see a lot of debate online as to whether it should be taken twice or three times. Do you guys have any experience with this? I'm using the old HotnFit dosage schedule, if that matters.
