How are you supposed to eat this?

boil 1lb bag
on the side, fry one chopped onion, lots of garlic
add 2 cans diced tomatoes, 2 table spoons of cumin, 1 table spoon of chili powder to onions and garlic
when all looks done, throw all that in slow cooker
let thicken (taste flavorless otherwise)
mix in sour cream before eating
>boil 200g lentils
>boil 200g lentils
>add vegetable stock
>drain and mix together
It's like a stew, and tastes really good.

can I boil 400g of lentils right away or do I need them half cold, half warm?
buy red lentils, boil & eat. taste great, unlike shitty green lentils, and have literally same macros.

do them exactly how you do the rice
so wash them, bring them to a boil then simmer for 15 minutes.

Boil. After 20 minutes add the same amount of rice and some salt (and cumin if you want, I like it). Boil for like 20 more minutes or until all the water is gone. Done, pretty tasty. You add the salt later because otherwise it breaks down the lentil or some shit, I forget.
I don't know how this works for red lentils since they'd disintegrate with that amount of cooking. I found some called blonde lentils and they were the best tasting I've had so far.

Read your first post senpai, you said lentils twice
>>39283940
woops, meant to say rice
just finished a 20 mile cycle so I'm beat

But fraud, cycles are measured in time not distance. How do you even make gains on a 20 mile cycle?
