It can, but I've never had that problem. I can honestly have 1-3 beer with people and have no desire to get drunk or drink further. It's just when I'm on my own and bored out of my mind when I fuck up completely. I went for a run. Probably did about 0.75 miles in 7 minutes, but I had to stop and walk a few times and have up before 1.5 miles because the taste of blood and my heartbeat were too much. Is this normal? I haven't done proper exercise in about a year. I'm 20 and have a desk job atm.
How long did it take you to build up cardiovascular endurance? I hope to be able to do 1.5 miles in 12 minutes by January, if not more.

I started doing Greyskull LP today. I need to improve my squat in relation to my bench. I'm only doing 20lbs more in my squat and my last set was 8 reps whereas my last set of bench presses was 15 reps. I'm a bit paranoid that my squat will stall before my bench and it will all have been for naught, but I'd gladly stall on my bench for a couple weeks and have all my progress go to my squat instead. Unfortunately, what often happens is the opposite. I'm 6'4 for reference, and I think that affects my squat negatively moreso than my bench...

Well fit, I recently met a good friend of a very good friend of mine that that sells steroids, in fact he told me he gets his roids from the same guy Jay Cutler gets his roids from(very high quality).
This guys dad is HUGE and very reputable in the fitness industry(not gonna name names) as is the steroid dealer.
Now, we sat down and bulshitted for a good hour, and he said he would put me on a good cycle. But then I told him I have a degenerative disc disease in my lower back which I sometimes can tweak if I lift something wrong.
He then said its probably a good idea that I don't get on roids since I won't be able to deadlift or squat because of my back.
What's your take on this? I told him that I do only isolation exercises and he said that would be sub optimal on roids.
