i was told a rumor that building muscle in a specifc area will disperse fat cells in that area. is this true? i have excess fat in my upper body and its too late to do some cardio without me being knifed.

So I've been mouth breeding for many years since I was a kid, and I was unware on how damaging it can actually be and now I only breathe through my nose, however I still mouthbreathe while I'm sleeping and I can't stop doing it, I know I mouthbreathe because I wake up with a really dry and disgusting taste in my mouth, how can I prevent mouthebreathing while sleeping?
And if I stop mouthebreathing can my jaw become normal again eventually even though I'm currently 18

What's a good diet for brain gains. I'm studying to be an accountant and lately my minds been in a fog. I drink a lot of beer so I should probably cut that out, other than that does anyone have suggestions?
