Anyone have tips for gaining muscle on a vegan diet? Its more of an issue of calories for me than protein. I pretty slim right now so I would not imagine it would be hard to build muscle. Being vego (or cutting out a particular type of meat) never means you just stop eating it and keep the rest of your diet the same.
There's nothing in beef (or meat) that isn't in something else. Just eat more (possibly, much much more) of the something else.
Chicken has significantly less fat than beef, but also more protein per gram, and is cheaper (at least where I live)
