My ankle mobility is mediocre and I have some pain in my right ankle when stretching. What are the best exercises to rehab my right ankle and improve ankle dorsiflexion so I can squat perfectly?
Besides practicing high bar and front squats, daily stretching will help. If you want a weight loaded exercise, load a bar with whatever weight and get into a squat. Place the bar on your quads and push your knees foward. Balance yourself and over time you will get more upright in that position.

Also foam roll your calves, get a lacross ball for your feet and learn to properly strengthen your ankles. Using a band at 90° from your body, do squats. The band should be pulling away from you, ill attach a pic

If im having chicken breast I stir fry it in oil with 4 cloves of garlic, a handful of dried chillis and whatever veges I have to hand. Turns out delicious every time and you can make it taste really different depending on what other spices and veges you put in. Last night I put asparagus, grated lemon peel, a chopped tomato and cabbage in. So good
