how did you use it, OP? I tried HMB when on texas method because I struggled with recovery, but it didn't help me at all

I use HMB powder

I put it in my post workout shake and in my casein shake before bed

It really helped me with recovery

Just passing by to say that my BCAA includes Leucine which metabolizes into HMB, and I also drink 1-2 quarts of milk, which contains HMB, every day.

Stop oversupplementing.
