You are living alone in an extremely isolated and hostile environment, like Siberia. What physical training (if any) do you do? For instance, do you keep your leg strength up to faster run from bears, therefore risking that you might run into a bear just after leg day when you can barely walk?

In all seriousness if you're living a subsistence lifestyle in the wilderness your gains are going to be the first thing to go. Maintaining muscle mass is calorically expensive and unless you can keep getting consistent surpluses, your body is going to get rid of it.
Take a look at people who actually live in these conditions. None of them are looking that great by /fit/ standards. You'll be wiry as hell, but probably in really good cardiovascular shape. Your physical strength will probably hinge of what day-to-day labor you do most often, like spear chucking. I wouldn't expect to set any deadlift PRs.
