I'm morbidly obese (400+ lbs). I haven't exercised in years, but I watched this TED talk a few days ago.

So I hit the gym for the first time in decades, and walked for an hour. I did the same thing the next day. And the next.

Day 4, I already worked out today for 90 minutes ago and three hours later I want to go work out more today.

Is two workouts a day too much? What should I know to avoid injuring myself?

How hard/feasible could this be for a minor case.

Im planning on doing it myself and have a bro with me to provide an extra set of hands to help.

I'm cutting now and I'm gonna do it when I get down to about 7-8% in hopes that having low fat will make things easier.

People have successfully done it before.

Does it only bloat muscles or does it make your face bloated, do example? Does it give the muscles that filled-with-water look? Can you get ripped on creatine? I think bloated muscles look almost as bad as synthol muscles...

I take it every day. On creatine doesn't mix too well though. I'd recommend the Bodybuilding.com brand. Mixes a lot better. Bloating is kind of a myth. They say you have to drink a ton of water which causes you to feel and 'look' bloated but really just drink when you're thirsty. It won't kill you. I've never felt or looked bloated and been taking it for a year now, not always consistent though.If I do take it for a few weeks straight it gives me a bigger pump and increases muscle mass.When I skip days or weeks from taking it I feel smaller. It's not necessary of course, no supplements are but it's nice to have.

Is it wise to eat a steak pre workout? I was gonna wait an hour and a half/2 for digestion. Its a "usda prime choice" piece of steak but I'm worried it's not considered "clean". Do I need a carb source like white rice ( all I have) or is the steak fine enough?

Whenever I cut, I only lose msucle and basically no fat at all.

What am I doing wrong? Am I cutting too hard? I don't go -500cals, I usually go under BMR, but starvation mode doesn't exist anyway. Right? Or maybe it's because outside of lifting ~30 minutes every day, I am a fucking sedentary couch potato? Can that be it? Because that's the only thing I do differently than other people who are slim.

It's really getting on my nerves. I lost my appetite and some days, I don't even have to shit because I basically starve myself.

Kind of in the same boat OP. I lost about 15 extra pounds when cutting but I also noticed my lifts have stagnated hard, and I get tired more easily. I think I just cut too much because I tried only having one meal a day. Now my workout are always sluggish. But damn it's nice to see the pounds leave you. It's an abstract feel.
