>tfw 183cm but have to wear boots because sub 180cm manlets all wear boots and cause height inflation
I have a routine closely focused on benchpress, deadlifts, dips, ohp, and pull-ups. If exclusively pursued, could this be considered a well-rounded group of exercises? I am making good progress in all of these, and haven't seemed to hit any plateaus yet, but everyone I talk to seems very hostile to the idea of a routine w/o squats. I personally find squats to be a pretty miserable exercise, whereas I am always enthusiastic towards the others I have mentioned. I guess what I am asking is, what muscle groups should I be concerned about if I am skimping out on squats like this?
No leg exercises, so no.
Lifting weights increases testosterone, and more testosterone builds muscle. If you don't work out your legs that means you're losing a huge amount of potential testosterone from not working out the biggest muscles in your body.

I occasionally supplement with calf raises. Can I not rely on deadlifts to effectively develop my quads and boost overall leg strength?

No one living knows why girls do what they do
One theory seems to be that girls pick a safe partner whom she knows wont leave or whom she wont miss when she finds a new one and then girls just monkey branch from guy to guy all through life
They might flirt with the attractive dude but they go home to their safe beta numale and fuck

Recommend me a good shaker bottle /fit/, pls.
I had pick related now for a while and that piece of shit leaks like my aunts roof.
I wanna buy a new one and i am willing to spend a bit more than usual if it means that it will remain free of leakage.
get some of these.
700ml so they fit bigger shakes if you're skelly, the ball inside is heavy and not a shitty spring so it actually does something and they don't leak

Genetic Factors as a Cause of Obesity.
Obesity definitely runs in families. However, it has been difficult to determine the precise role of genetics in contributing to obesity because family members generally share many of
the same eating habits and physical activity patterns. Current evidence suggests that 20 to 25 percent of cases of obesity may be caused by genetic factors. Genes can contribute to obesity by causing abnormalities
of (1) one or more of the pathways that regulate the feeding centers and (2) energy expenditure and fat storage.
Three of the monogenic (single-gene) causes of obesity are:
(1) mutations of MCR-4, the most common monogenic form of obesity discovered thus far; (2) congenital leptin deficiency caused by mutations of the leptin gene, which
are very rare; and (3) mutations of the leptin receptor, which are also very rare. All these monogenic forms of obesity account for only a very small percentage of obesity. It is
likely that many gene variations interact with environmental factors to influence the amount and distribution of body fat.

Seeing as /fit/ only ever mentions hypothyroidism, which has a prevalence of ~4.5%, 20-25% seems like an awful lot to me.
Why do girls typically only stick to bodyweight exercises/do yoga? For the results they want (usually a bigger butt), I feel like they could do exercises that target the glutes like hip thrusts and work towards things they know will benefit the areas they want rather than just doing body weight stuff. Seems like resistance training would be far more effective for what they usually want to do.
They don't want to be really really fit to be the best lifter at the gym
they only want to be fit enough to be considered thin and attractive
thus light yoga, cardio, light free weights

Has lifting made you more alpha, also how would you define alpha?
I see a lot of betas with average and sometimes chunky grills, is it bias that men nowadays seem more beta.

There's the aesthetic alpha and the social alpha, you can be either or both.
Lifting will usually make you more alpha in some way.
