What are fits thoughts on lifting fasted in the morning? I usually eat something light and have a glass a milk before my workout, then have a full meal and shake not too long after.
What's the general consensus on this, if you lift early should I do it fasted or eat before?

Consensus is do what allows you to get a good workout in. Some people feel bloated and sick to the stomach when working out even a couple hours after a meal. Some feel more energized after a period of fasting and after a cup of coffee. Some have a shake of easily digesting protons and simple sugars before so they fuel their muscles ALL THE FUCKING TIME.

I've been having a sore throat + coughing since 3 months. I already went to the doctor twice during that time (thanks free healthcare). The doctor gave me antibiotics and I stayed at home for 1 week everytime.
But that shit didn't go away and I just kept going to work and the gym after the week because I haven't had any real pain.
So the question basically is, should I just say fuck it and keep doing what I'm doing or take a break until I get healthy again?
