So i ate 200g fish in the morning 400 kcals and an apple 100kcals
Then i ate a 1000kcal meal around 3pm (400g chickenbreast 100g noodles 100ml soja sauce and vegtables)
Now i just went for a 1 hour run which means i burned around 700 kcal.
Means im at 800 out of 2700 kcal.
Yet im not hungry and only drank water. Cutting cantbe that easy; what am i doing wrong? Literally no hunger.
