So i ate 200g fish in the morning 400 kcals and an apple 100kcals

So i ate 200g fish in the morning 400 kcals and an apple 100kcals

Then i ate a 1000kcal meal around 3pm (400g chickenbreast 100g noodles 100ml soja sauce and vegtables)

Now i just went for a 1 hour run which means i burned around 700 kcal.

Means im at 800 out of 2700 kcal.

Yet im not hungry and only drank water. Cutting cantbe that easy; what am i doing wrong? Literally no hunger.

It just feels.. too easy

Depends on weight and composition but I guess it's around that. Smaller body and less muscle will make that number lower
You might want to take into consideration that you are probably miscounting kcal

5'8 manlet with 70k around 20% bodyfat.
Have been doing around 2000 kcals the last 2 weeks and wanted to step it up. Yet i am less hungry.
