How can I start working out. I've tried the spartan app for beginners and I was out of breath in a minute and I'm trying to take it easy. Knowing I can't go long, I feel like giving up. But I can't for my health and I don't want to be fat. What are some workout plans that I can use to get started

Focus on your diet first and foremost, what you do in the kitchen will decide what happens with your weight, what you do in the gym will decide what happens with your gain. I'd recommend just researching, think of your end goal as far as body appearance/strength functionality, do you want to be a master of your own body, calisthenics? Just a general buff dude? Lean cuisine but with a little mean?

run a lot, do a lot of push-ups, sit ups and pull-ups. Train a lot in the water, as in practice swimming and getting used to being under water.
Add a little more running on top of that just to be sure.

Hello /fit/izens I've decided to take the plunge into the world of steroids. I need some advice.
My current plan is
Week 1-12: Test Enan 250mg 2x per week
Week 1-4: Test Prop 50mg 3x per week
I've got liquid letro on hand too, dosed @ 5mg/ml (I heard if gyno symptoms show take .25 every other day, is this correct?)
However I'm wondering what doses would look like for the PCT I'd be starting @ weeks 14-18? I'd be using clomid/novaldex for pct. Thanks!!!!
