What causes someone of similar bodyfat % and height to look bigger than me even though I weight more? Pic related, were both 5'6, I'm 145 and he's 140 on the right (115 on the left). I'd guess we are both 14-15% bf. Either I have body dysmorphia or he's way bigger than me even though I weight 5 pounds more.

I used to work out about 3 years ago, gained some decent muscle, had a few injuries, but because of depression i stopped and my health and body went to shit, i've been working abs for a month and arms, lats, chest, and shoulders for two weeks, i'm wondering if this is fixable, it wasnt like this when i still had all the muscle.
