/fit/ can you help me out here?

i am poor as fuck and wondered how fit i can get (sixpack and some pecs would be nice) from just doing pushups, crunches and squats and how long it might take? (i am 6'4'', currently 20 pounds to much)

Don't expect results from nothing.
Read the sticky.

put pushups and crunches aren't nothing, are they?

i've read all the stickies and also had a read into starting strength, since i am too poor to buy dumbbells though i am specifically asking how much said pushups and crunches can get you
>>
>>39582624
This.

Work in -> work out. If you halfass your workouts or try to put in as little effort as possible, you're going to get the same level of results. Almost none. Took me like 6 months of lifting 5-6x a week to start smiling when I looked in the mirror.

Is this true? Does that also work the other way around?

btw. Fat/fit-culture discussion

It's true, but only because fat women are told by society that they're princesses and perfect the way they are, so they'll never be satisfied by anyone except the perfect man.

Why would it work the other way round?
men are the privileged ones :^)

Title says it all I guess. Why do you continue doing peaking programs when you want hypertrophy? Don't quote me Rippetoe or Sheiko or whoever is in-vogue nowadays. I want to hear how YOU, Anon, justify your training choices to reach YOUR goals.

currently squatting a bit over 3.5pl8 5x5 and i'm starting to notice that i'm losing my core tightness

i was wondering when was it OK to buy a belt and knee wraps? when did you start using them?
7 posts and 1 images submitted.
>>
Fuck yeah. Someone strong. Go ahead and buy some Inzer knee sleeves. They helped so much with my knee pain.

https://www.inzernet.com/detail.asp?PRODUCT_ID=SLEEVES_ELBOW_XT

It keeps my knees from caving and helps me focus on keeping my chest up and core tight
>>
Btw I started using them after I squatted 335x3 for sets of 5. I completed smolov and my peak was 425x1 with belt and knee sleeves.

for maximum enjoyment, put her in a prone bone position and put a pillow under her hips so her ass sticks up, then just fucking plow away like a madman

that clap clap clap noise will probably make you cum within 15.4 seconds, be warned

Make sure you follow through, don't punch with just your arms, your power comes from your hips. Drive your fist through your target

>TLDR
What would be the best way for someone who has been lifting for 6+ years to re-learn how to squat?

>FULL STORY
I'm getting pretty bad lower back pain and squatting is starting to feel much harder than it use to, I feel I may have fucked up my form in the last few years, which has caused me issues.

In my last session I literally had to stop squatting after 3 working sets because I could barely fucking stand. Something definitely has gone wrong with my form, causing me serious issues.

That said, I am 100% ready and willing to put my ego aside and re-learn how to squat from the bar again. What's the best way to approach this?
10 posts and 1 images submitted.
>>
Start with an empty bar, and add 5 pounds to it every week.

I have a power rack at home, 10 x 20kg plates at home (including a variety of other sizes of course), oly-shoes, and a lever belt.

Should I drop the belt?

Should I drop the oly-shoes?

I have the perfect set-up at home to re-learn the squat and start over again.

I want to be able to hit a 5 plate squat at home without having any back issues.
