How much muscle loss will happen if I don't consume any protein for 7 days? I'm broke and all I have are carbs until the 10.

Obviously the carbs you're eating will have some protein. I would recommend eating your semen to compensate.

In all seriousness, do you not even have one dollar? I would scrounge up change, and with just a dollar or two buy lentils so you'll at least have some protein every day. Muscle loss won't be so serious that you'll automatically become a skellington, but you may lose a small, insignificant amount.

I would get some change, buy lentils, work out normal, and not eat below maintenance during this week and you'll notice no difference.

If you eat enough calories to maintain weight or to gain weight, regardless of the types of macros, then you should maintain all your weight, muscle or fat. The reason people might tell you you'll lose muscle if you don't get enough protein is because they probably assume you're cutting calories and thus in order to minimize muscle loss during this overall weight loss process you maximize protein intake.

You'd have to have an extraordinarily sedentary life to not need to regenerate muscles. I guess theoretically if you lay in bed all day and ate at maintenance you would barely lose any muscle.

I need some clothing recommendations. I've lost a lot of weight, but genetics and deep squats have kept up the glutes. Are there any good jeans brands that you can recommend? The jeans in the picture are slightly loose in the waist but very tight in the rear, and any jeans loose fitting enough in the rear are way too fucking baggy.

I've had that problem during all my life, /adv/.I really look young at 21.

I would like to know how to look like an actual male. I'm quite short at 5'10, but I believe my main problems are weighing little (110lbs), having a small head and a juvenile voice.

It really bothers me, i'll be honest.

Any tips on how to look manlier?

What those two said, OP. And you aren't "quite short", you're a bit above average if anything. Just start lifting and eating more food, watch your calories, etc and you'll grow. You'll appreciate looking young as you get older as long as you take care of yourself; I'm 25 and get carded every time at the store or bar, feels good desu

I do planks and leg raises for core and I've literally seen no progress whatsoever for the last month or something.
Now that I've established that bodyweight exercises are a complete meme waste of time, what are some decent exercises that target abs and let me use weights so I can get reasonable results?
Something for abs and something for obliques would be great.

Sit up but hold a weight on your chest for abs, stand and lean to the side but hold weights in your hands for obliques. Dunno what the name is for the oblique one, but it should be pretty obvious; do a lean that uses your obliques. Exercises aren't complicated.

I can do upper body, but lower body has been out of the question.

I'm getting better, thankfully.
Finally decided to stop being a pussy and do some low weight diddies, worked my way up to 3plate for 8 reps, and I'm still good. I thought I fucked it again with the lower back doms, since I took 5ish months off.

Gunna do squats tomorrow night.

Honestly if it fits your macros its okay to let it slide every once in a while. I've been on a cut since mid October and I'm down from 185lb to 160lb. There have definitely been days I forgot to grab my lunch and ended up getting Hot Pockets or Wendy's. Just don't make a habit of it.

Just had this idea, I'm going to become a regular blood donator to make sure I stay around 12% BF. Reddit says only gonna burn 600 kcal but it still 600 kcal less and probably makes you feel less of parasite.

Not quite what you're talking op, but some of the russian powerlifters get their blood ran through a machine to remove cholesterol and free radicals.

I forget what the machine is called but it also replaces some of the plasma with electrolytes and saline.
