It keeps my knees from caving and helps me focus on keeping my chest up and core tight

Btw I started using them after I squatted 335x3 for sets of 5. I completed smolov and my peak was 425x1 with belt and knee sleeves.

Those sleeves are 1 ply I believe but they're tight as fuck. If youre squatting 365 for 5 sets of 5 your sets will be easy as hell after those sleeves.
