But in terms of WSM titles, yes, I wold be surprised if Brian Shaw does not end up with more titles than Savickas. I hope for Savickas to win 2 more, at least 1, but Shaw is like 35 and can probably win a ton more if no one is there to stop him.

I found out that dairy caused my acne. 2 weeks after quitting it my skin is almost completely clear.
I need to get 3000+ calories a day (bulking). How am I going to do that with no dairy? Does all protein supplements have dairy in them?

What are some things I can add to my daily routine(or every other day etc if its something too demanding) that can help me speed up my fitness levels? The only thing I can think of right now is meditating.

Sauna if you have access to one, it increases igf-1, igf-1 being how a lot of the effects of HGH are mediated. It improves cardio, releases HSPs etc, makes you better heat adapted so you'll cope with hot weather better and cardio better etc

Ice baths reduce inflammation, can speed up recovery, but can reduce gains if done immediately after a workout. If done about an hour before bed you'll sleep a lot better too. For best sleep I do cardio directly before sauna, and aim to finish in sauna four hours before bed

Yoga, good for flexibility and mobility.
Foam rolling, helps me with muscle recovery, helps with flexibility.

If you restrict your eating period, you'll make better gains too. An 8 hour eating period will help increase muscle mass, and try to do it first thing in the day (I eat at 0400, and don't eat or drink anything other than water after 1200). Even a 12 hour period has cardiovascular and health benefits

I don't but my bathroom is extremely small and if I crank up the heat to the max it gets extremely steamy and hot so maybe it can have some healthy effect on me if I do it and for how long?

Yeah I already do IF 18-20hours and its really great and am thinking of adding at least 1 full day fast a week, what do you think? Also if you know anything else feel free to post it.

How to stop the beta-atittude?
I suffer in my daily life with strangers, I choke alot and don't know how to respond if someone is being aggressive so I just back the fuck off, this is causing me alot of trouble since I dont do alot of shit that i'm supposed to do, and look like a pussy the whole time

Actually, peanut butter was invented by the Incas a long time ago. When they went extinct, peanut butter was lost. It wasn't until the 1800s when people started to boil peanuts to make butter, and I believe either the 1890s or early 1900s when the Kellogg brothers perfected the process and gave us modern peanut butter. The only contribution blacks made was Carver coming up with uses for peanut butter, such as spreading it on bread. Yeah, big contribution to the field there.

99% of things that blacks say they invented was actually already invented. They either stumbled upon it later, made minor tweaks, or made "contributions" to the idea like in Carver's case.

Why do girls eat like such shit in their early 20's without thinking of the consequences?

Story time.
I was on a coach journey today from Manchester to London. 5 Girls, based on their conversations all young professionals in the 20-25 age range, sat in front of me, travelling to London for some kind of girls weekend.

I watched them for the entire journey which took maybe 4 hours.
For most of that time they just fucking mindlessly ate and for a great amount of that time they proudly discussed their food choices for the upcoming weekend. It was disgusting. The worst part is that they talked shit about other girls they know for getting fat without even realising that they are clearly heading in the same direction.

I just don't get it - even when I was a skinnyfat I understood not to overeat. How do they not see what they are doing? In the end I noted down what they ate and made a spreadsheet at home. I also noted how often they discussed their food plans for the weekend.
