If you take care of yourself, you will age pretty well actually assuming you don't have fucking awful genes or something.
Buy a book (that isn't full of pseudoscience) that talks about staying young as you age.
What you are doing now is good. Diet, fitness, hygiene are important but so are things like managing stress and getting enough sleep.
