I'm Joining the Army Reserve so it's a good time for me to start taking fitness seriously I can meet all the entry requirements:

I'm serious about taking this further so can any of you guys recommend me a program or routine that will make me an aesthetic lean mean fightin' machine?

My 1RM are 1/2/3/4.
In past I did PPL twice a week but now since college started and I wanna hop on some less intensive routine, 4 days is perfect.
What are some good routines.

I do a Push/pull split. I only do squats and deadlifts so I just do abs and squats plus the normal push on push days.
Time to time I'll use upper/lower splits.

Can you give more detail info, upper lower seems to have too much focus on lowerbody and this aint good for me specially for my arms since they are noodles if i dont hit them hard

I can pump out 15 reps on the squat with 2 pates easily. Same for the bench with 1 plate. 8 reps with 2 plates+50 on the squat vs 6 reps with 1 plate+50 on the bench. 3 reps with 3 plates on the squat, 0 reps on the benc with 2 plates (max is 220)
is strength in the bench supposed to top off quicker than in the squat?

This, plus you use your legs more than your arms and chest in daily tasks like walking places, unless you do heavy lifting at work or something, but even then you're most likely walking too.

uh, you do realize 220:(220+50) is a smaller relative difference than 135:(135+50), right?
And besides that, you lift most of your body with squats too, so the weight on the bar is relatively smaller compared to the whole weight lifted than with bench presses, where you only lift the bar and your arms.

Creatine raises your DHT levels and DHT is mostly what causes you to lose your hair IF you've the genes/predisposition for male pattern baldness.
So yeah, if you were going to lose your hair, creatine can speed up the process considerably.

I've been going to gym for 3 years now and the women still don't aproach me.
Sure i see girls check me out all the time, but they just glace at me, i have tried to make an eye contact and i have also many times even said hello casually to the women of the gym.
