I decided to plateu on porpuse on my lifts while I cut so I'm not a flabby piece of shit. I lose 1kg last week, but went up half again because I'm a piece of shit and this week didn't stop eating trash. I swear I'm going to make it, I conduct rage like electricity.

my lifts:
Bench 67.5kg 5x5
Barbell row: 77.5kg 5x5
didnt squat or deadlift till last month..
Squat: 65kg 5x5
Deadlift: 80kg 5x5
i should be able to bench atleast 100kg after 6 months..
I hate people with this kind of fucking attitude that post here.
