My only Bro died in a car crash.
This may sound gay now - but no homo.

He was 10 years older then me and always put up with me because he knew that back then - when i was still a fat, social autist - i had no friends.

He got me into his group and i made friends. (they are all weebs by definition ; even him. He did kendo and made me try it but after a year i dropped it)

He had long hair and even owned a fedora. But he was not like all that autistic shit you find online. He was a cool guy.

He always had some inspiring stuff to say (i always thought he got it straight from some anime lol)

Anyway; one day i went to an anime-con with him. I never did any cosplay; but since he was my only real friend; i orderd a wig and put together a 0.5/10 cosplay of pic related. He said it looked good.

Now the important part is i was fat as fuck back then - and i knew it looked fking autistic (fat with tanktop) But he didnt care.

So i wanted to do my best in order to get as close as possible to pic related; so he would not have to be ashamed of draging me with him.

2 years passed since then; i am fit now and he is dead. We often talked about death and his opinion on it was: there is no point in fearing death; fear wont change the outcome.

Maybe im gonna write more later; i am going for a 10 mile run.

But i just had to get the fact that i miss him off of my chest. Cant tell my parents about missing a 30 year old guy when i just turned 19. They never knew him. Would sound pedo.

Tl;dr appreciate your friends as long as you have them

The general consensus is that training each muscle group twice a week is the best way to achieve hypertrophy. Depending on the muscle group even more is possible.
I'd recommend completely switching routines to something like a push/pull/legs(PPL) routine, an upper/lower split or something like Wendler 5/3/1 which is what I do.

You don't need that many.
Do your compounds first, then do a couple of accessories.
This is what my upper body days look like for instance with Wendler 5/3/1 Boring But Big
>Primary movement, heavy bench or heavy OHP
>Secondary movement, light bench or light OHP
>At least one pulling movement, some variation of rows or pull ups. I usually do both rows and pull ups though.

also you can push towards the front or back and the bar will go up because its on rails, complete opposite of regular barbell movements where you have to push up and also balance so it actually doesnt go forward or back, smith machine is only useful for getting a pump and calf raises

Here's what I think the real world chart is (for the US)

6'7" and above is not great. Being too tall doesn't seem to be talked about as much as being too short so I don't know which is considered worse but at this point, I think you're probably in a situation similar to that of most "manlets". However, if you can somehow pull it off....holy shit, that'd be awesome.
6'4"-6'6" Getting a bit too tall but it can be pulled off if you have been working out enough...and if you can pull it off, you'll look amazing.
5'11"-6'3" Ideal. 6'2" is probably the best IMO.
5'8"-5'10" Average height but easier gains. At this size, I don't think most people consider your height to be a negative attribute.
5'5"-5'7" At this point, many people would consider the person short.
5'4" and below is pretty bad... but height isn't everything and it isn't the end of the world. Work with what you have. Don't let the manlet threads discourage you. You are at a disadvantage. That's true. You can still live a great life if you play your cards right though.

So are weighted dips good enough for chest development to replace bench press? Cause I'm not keen on getting stuck under the barbell when I fail a rep on BP without a spotter.

If you want a good/big chest then bench press isnt the solution anyways. You WILL have to do some form of isolation exercise for it.
