At my gym there was a "trans" housekeeping staff member. Depending on the day they would present as a male or female, creating all sorts of hassle for the management.

They were eventually fired because they were shit at their job gender issues non really mattering.

anxiety has already destroyed my life and now it's affecting my lifting, anyone else experienced this who knows how to stop it? after/during an intense workout the exhaustion and mild dizziness convinces me i have something wrong with my heart which gives me anxiety then the anxiety causes more light headedness and chest pains. caffeine and pre-workouts also make it worse, how can i fix this shit before i quit yet another thing because of being such a helpless faggot

My weight loss is stalling. 5'7", 230lbs. I've stopped eating like complete shit but I'm still prone to binging. I feel really anxious despite staving off depression with at least 20k IU of vitamin D per day. The anxiety causes me to not eat, smoke a pack of cigarettes, chew an entire pack of gum, and then binge at the end of the day. My good mood also causes me to snack all the time. small calorie dense shit that adds up. It reminds me a lot of my mania episodes. I don't know what to do.

I usually do the light - med - heavy - light, etc... routine...

Except for squats.... back squats I try to go as heavy as possible for that session.

So im gonna tell you 1 fact about our bodies.

What makes the most difference in your strenght is how tight and syncronized your nervsignals goes together to create the force you need.

If you build up in weight on sets and rest plenty in between you are much more likley to correctly and with good force push every rep that is heavier and heavier from now on.

So if you know what your 5 RM is on an exercise just try to get some starting weights on your first set. Then you jump up again and maybe only rest alittle, you jump again on the third set and rest some little more and then you maybe hit your actully weight for 5 RM.

It takes more rest and time to do this but it WILL 100% make you feel "stronger" because you are forcing your body to react in the most natural way. By increasing the load over time, no matter if its 2-3 or 4-5 sets before you start on a heavy set.

Doing any kind of build up will have benefits in the way of your nervs firing signals more tight and properly because you actully warm up your mind/CNS.
