I got cocky my first 5/3/1 cycle and made sure I was doing my real world 5/3/1 rep maxes... fuuuuck... it was brutal and I totally failed the second cycle...

Thoughts on very high frequency training? I've done some research and the opinions and studies really seem to split on this one. Some say high frequency is the holy grail of hypertrophy training and should be done by every one who can afford investing the time, training up to 2 times every day (like some athletes who're obviously not natty). Others say it'll burn you out and you'll stall out all progress after just a couple of weeks.
Well, I'm doing SS but I'd like to do 1 set of pullups and 1 set of chinups every day. Essentially I want to get bigger lats and bigger biceps. I work an office job, so I don't put my body under any stress throughout the day. All other exercises on SS don't require you to use your biceps and lats (except for maybe the deadlift), so I figured this should be okay. Thoughts?

I didn't really plan on going to failure. More like doing an amrap set pullups rest a couple of minutes and then do an amrap set of chinups and see how it works out. Sure, if I'm constantly sore and it affects my normal training, I'll be definitely stopping.

Ripp's squats are VERY hip and posterior-chain dominant because he wants you moving a lot of weight fast. You sacrifice your quad development so you will have a mediocre squat.
Do highbar and incorporate Glute thrusts into your workout once you finish with SS because it's a good lift for Glute gains and helps your DL too

I work at an office, typing and using a computer mouse for 8 hours a day.
I've been suffering from this shit for almost 3 months. I've stopped all exercise 2 months ago and there haven't been improvements.
I am now starting physiotherapy, but I get the feeling it's not gonna do much.
Forgot to add, it burns all the way from my hand to my elbow, where it is worse when doing stuff like dips and pushups.

What I did is I pretended that that arm didn't exist, that way the pain went away pretty quick. If you keep on using it in any way, it's going to stay with you. Wait for the inflammation to go away, then start to use it again.
I learned how to use the mouse with my left hand, it wasn't that hard.
