I've been doing split routines ever since i started lifting but i've realised that it's not the most efficient program for natty lifting.

Not saying my physique is good by any means, but I'm this 100% from 3-4 fullbody workouts a week. I perform usually 2-3 compounds and 5-6 accessories a workout. Focus more on legs one day, more on upper next, so on.

both 8-12 reps I only have dumbbells at the moment
On the same day i also do 5 sets of tricep extensions. It burns like hell after the 3rd set and my tricep is sore after for quite a bit so I think 5 is enough.

I realize that being attractive is going to work if you're a guy. That's why I'm controlling for number of matches(this is a proxy variable for attractiveness) and %of the time you swipe right because this is correlated with number of matches and helps determine the dependent variable. ok so i'm around 110 kg at 187 cm height. i got a pretty good amount of muscle mass underneath all that fat (bench 3 plates) and i'd say im around 22% BF after all this holiday overeating.
my goal is to get shredded until summer (i wanna drop down to 10% BF) so i can lean bulk and get stronger next season.
my question is should i do a crash diet and try to lose weight as soon on as possible (keto) or make a -700 deficit on IF or something? i have a huge appetite so idk maybe IF is best option?

My biceps are weak and small compared to the rest of me and it's getting embarrassing. My arms are like 70% triceps, 20% fat and 10% biceps.
What is your favorite bicep exercise that has given you the best results? Right now I'm doing db curls, weighed chin/pullups and I've been trying out incline db curls on another day lately. These are all on separate days so I hit them three times a week with one exercise each time.
What works for you guys? More volume, weight, exercises, cheat reps? I'm all ears.
