Been doing this for years now. the longer the fast the better the benefits in my experience.

You turn on more hormones that essential kill off and eat waste products the body does not need. Once you get passed the 4-5 day you pretty much are just triggering the full effects of a fast.

In mouse studies it showed that in one day of fasting it killed cancer cells that is the equivalent of 4-5 days of fasting in humans.

After the 4th day I feel like I have a fire under my ass and can't stop moving. I am gaining more lean mass and losing more fat. The lean mass is just from me moving around like crazy and it is pretty much building more lean mass because of my body essentially avoiding atrophy.
