Several times a day, after work and workout is done.

I'm not focusing on macros, just hitting caloric and protein goals. Aiming for 3500 calories each day

I'm former king skelly, gone from 65kg to 87kg in a bit over a year.

Most of my friends are ottermode, I'm sick of being the only skinnyfat one, I've tried lifting at a maintenance but I pretty much stay the same.

How the fuck do you do cardio?
I can only do the first half of pic related, 7 minutes total.
About 19-20% BF, 5'7" 185lbs.
It's a legitimate problem, I can't fucking do cardio, I feel like shit during and after, there's no happiness like there is with weights.

After the measly 7 minutes of HIIT I layed down on my bed for like 20 minutes before my heart rate went back to normal and before I could actually get up to even take a shower.

I thought weights trained the hearth without having to do cardio, was this a meme?

Also higher test can help make gyno better.
Although it can never be cured without surgery, I'd like to do everything I can to help it get smaller.

Also gonna run exemestane at some point since it seems like the safest route to dwarf it without rebound or permanent hormone imbalance.

Aerobic base meaning previous cardio? Idk, I assumed weights would have at least helped my heart a little bit

I'm going to sign up for a gym soon but I don't want to put my shit in the locker room. I live pretty close to there anyway so I can just walk 2 minutes back to my house to shower.

What to do with my wallet etc.? I could wear a fanny pack but somehow I don't think being the guy who shows up in a fanny pack on the first day is a good start for my gym experience.

Novice here. I love going to the gym... it's one of the few things that I look forward waking up in the morning. Looking for advice from people who go to the gym 4+ days a week.

I want to train more frequently but am worried that my body might be overtrained, or may suffer a injury from overtraining.
I want to do 2 consecutive days of full body training and a rest day afterwards. Is this unrealistic? If so, how do I work up towards being able to train more often at the same intensity?

If my shredded body-weight (6% bodyfat) is only 150lbs or so (i'm manlet, 170cm) - is there really any point in eating more than 100g or so protein per day? Considering the fact that body doesn't even have 100lbs muscle on it, why would I need to eat tons n tons of protein?

So a boxing club opened up near me and I've been thinking about checking it out, I did MMA when I was younger but since then I haven't done much to keep in shape. Is kickboxing an effective workout routine? Will it help me look/feel better? Will I be able to kill manlets with one punch?
