I got cucked by my gym. These fuckerd have "limited opening hours" from 2 days ago until the 1st. My scheedule at work cant let me go to the gym this whole fucking week. I cant cancel
My membership because its on one year contract which ends in two months. FUCK! I really want to call in sick the whole week so i dont miss gym, i am finally making it and these niggas trying to fuck my shit up

You absolutely will not get jacked. You might lose weight from the increased activity and from having less time to eat. Or you might gain weight from having more money to spend on candy or whatever. But you will not get jacked. You will not experience progressive resistance to the point of noticeable results unless you are a no muscle having dyel of laughable proportions. Even if you are, your gains will stall while you're still in dyel mode.

My job is basically the same thing on a daily basis as far as physical activity. If anything I work harder than the average carpenter and lift heavier shit. I make more gains during the winter slowdown then the summer busy season because I have more free time to lift.

Do any of you actually have a job that requires you to be /fit/? How do you retain gains while in the field/on deployment? How do you manage your diet while having to eat at the chow hall? Any SOF guys?

Has anyone here seen or run into someone you had class with from high school? How different are they now? I've noticed that a lot of the kids I graduated with ended up gaining a shit ton of weight. All the stacys have gotten fat mainly because they pushed out 2-3 kids.

I'm still pretty thin, but I'm slowly getting into ottermode. I'm 23 and not done with my degree yet or getting married. I still haven't had a gf yet also, so that kinda fucks me up inside.

One gut in particular. He never had a neck or chin before (unfortunate british genetics) but now he looks like a living cube of butter and I don't even know what to say or think.

Out of my group of friends from high school, I think only two do any kind of physical activity (one lost a bunch of weight but looks like shit because he only does cardio, and another does yoga and nature hikes). Most of the rest got fatter while I think one girl stayed close to her high school weight (though not for long because she's becoming an alcoholic).

Most everyone else that I followed on Facebook go fat thanks to settling down and having kids

I have decent enough gains now that I can do my last major cut and not end up in full Auschwitz mode.
I was planning on doing an EC stack to knock off the last 7% and hit my goal of 10%.
Will doing the stack kill me? I do a shit ton of cardio and don't want my heart to explode and ruin my gains.
