Anyone here know a drill for handstand bails on Parallel Bars? I can't get the correct shoulder extension so I peel off and go knee first into the ground because I'm too tall to keep my legs straight under the bars, and since I have osgood-schlatters, flying into the ground knee-first is excruciatingly painful. I have relatively strong shoulders but I always shrug, so I know it's not a strength issue.
Fuck what OP said, does anyone have suggestions on how to get into the basics? I'd like to do a cartwheel some flips n shit. Get into tricking. Any advice? Is it necessary to get formally trained? Can I do it safely if I don't have a ball pit?

I'd turn in my natty card and do just one cycle to to hit my natty limit but I don't even know if its possible since whenever I read steroid forums or frauds all these gearheads say they've never hopped off.
I just wanna be aesthetic while I'm in my early 20s and then just live a healthy natty life as an engineer afterwards.
I keep hearing novice lifters doing cuts and bulks. Why? This eating paradigm is for people on clen, tren, hgh, etc or on EXTREMELY rigorous natty routines. You can get the SAME strength gains without eating 500 extra calories every day. As far as muscular hypertrophy, you will look fat without tren/clen.
I hear constantly about novice lifters who get on this paradigm thinking that they're going to get huge like lee priest. And they end up looking fucking fat. Then they get sour grapes and say that they're actually a power lifter or some shit.
Stop. Just eat at TDEE unless you're roiding. You'll thank me when you dont look like the michelin tire man.
If you're skinny as fuck though i will still recommend GOMAD.

To gain muscle you need volume and a caloric surplus. Where people fuck up, in my experience, is that they permabulk or start at something like 15% bf and end up obese. Gaining mass should be a controlled process that has a defined beginning and end.

L-Arginine 1000mg 2 Pills
Sunflower Lecithin Powder 2 Tablespoons
Zinc 30mg 3 Pills
Selenium 100mcg 1 Pill
Along with no-fap and working out 3 times a week, kegels, alongside reverse kegels in addition to drinking a gallon a day. I've been at this for weeks now and don't truly notice the gains I'd like. Granted my dick is rather small if I'm completely honest. Not microscopic, but a bit less than average. Am I cursed to just not shooting that much, or am I doing something wrong?
I mix everything with a bit of water turning it into a pudding looking concoction and just down that shit with water quickly.
I am feeling a growing sense of depression over this. Is it perhaps the Lecithrin itself? Should I be taking granules instead of the powder? Am I perhaps fapping the wrong way when I finally get to it? What more can I do? It's bad enough having a small dick, I'd at least like to be able to make a proper mess.
