Trappy can you recommend me a good squat shoes with even higher heel than 'normal' elevated heel (3/4 in).
I'm a 6ft6 towerbrah ex varsity football player who squats high bar in flats for years and cant seem to go past the 4 plate mark. I tried my uncle's custom made WL shoes from the 80s (blue suede with customized an inch and half wooden heel) and i hit 455 immediately and easily.
I'm thinking of getting pic related but all i've heard of them so far are questionable reviews also they dont ship my size (size 14.5) to canada

FIT, I have the saddest droopiest ass on planet earth. It is flat, the skin is now folding on it because of how much weight I've been losing.
But even when I was fat it was not a nice ass. The fat spread sideways instead of giving that nice round bubble ass.
Now, I've been doing SS for some months now. Yes, I've been squatting and deadlifting. Still, it's a sad excuse of a rear end.
Please tell me what the fuck I can do to have a decent ass. Isolation, exercises, rep ranges, whatever.
Just tell me what I need to do and I'll do it.

A friend of mine swears by squatting every workout, not because of the leg strength gains, but because of it "releasing growth hormone." Basically it facilitates muscle building in other parts of the body by increasing test and GH production.

Should I be squatting every day /fit/?

Hey /fit/. Lanklet here, 6'3'', 165lb. Lifting about 5 months now. Seeing gains in terms of strength but no so much in terms of size more than likely due to the volume of reps in my routine. Consuming about 2.8-3k quality cals a day in an attempt to "bulk"

Current routine is as follows:

Monday: Chest - Pushup 3x15
Bench 3x15
Incline Press 3x15
Chest Flies 3x15
Squat 5x5

Tuesday: Back- Pushup 3x15
LatPulldown 3x15
Seated Row 3x15
Deadlift 3x5
Pullup -7x3

Wed: Shoulder - Pushup 3x15
ArnoldPress 3x15
Side Lat Raise 3x15
Front Lat Raise 3x15
OHP 3x10

Thurs: Arms - Hammer Curl 3x15
Tricept pulldown 3x15
Bicept Pullup 3x15

This routine is pretty much a modified version of what Brad Pitt supposedly did for his role in Fight Club. I enjoy lifting 5 days a week so I'd like to keep that element.

Any recommendations for what I could chop out of my routine / supplement into it?

Cut down on the rep range and increase the weight, yeah?
