Someone on here told me I should cut for a month. This is the progress. Should I bulk and strength now, or continue cutting
>>39799741
lean bulk and start lifting. you have nothing to cut
>>39799741
Dude, get a fucking clue alright?
>>39799741
This was the pic I posted when someone told me to cut
>>39799746
he's like 19% bodyfat, masked by his complete lack of any muscle outside the absolute minimum to not die.
cut, those mantits and lovehandles are gonna grow huge if you try to bulk with what you have now.

+1....
Start lifting OP.

Guess I've been overtraining then?
I start each day with a mile run warmup, and then do whatever muscle group I haven't hit in the past 3 days.
My Routine is as such:
>Chest:
>Bench
>Incline Bench/or DB incline bench
>DB flys
>Legs:
>Squat
>Diddly
>Core:
>Leg Lifts
>Side lifts
>Planks
>incline crunch
>Shoulder/back
>Pull ups
>DB Rows
>kettle bell clean and press
>arm stuff (curls and skull crushers)
I do one of these every day and cycle. I've been doing this for 2 weeks, how should I adjust?

Also 5'9'' and 165 at the moment
>>39799959
Do you use invisible weights?
You have no muscle definition. Lift heavier.
>>39800067
current lifts are at ?/1.25/1.5/2 (if these are counted for reps). Not impressive, I know, but better than nothing.
>>39799913
19% in what world and how do you know such precise number? he never posted his height and weight
>>39799959
overtraining is when your numbers stall and start regressing. if you're making progress then continue doing what you're doing.
i'd suggest you find a routine instead of "hitting muscle groups you haven't hit in the past 3 days" for better progression.

pajeet, once you've had enough experience you can judge someone's BF% just by apperance, within a 2% or so margin.
>>39800122
>>39800095
Tape put me between 16-18%
>>39799741
You should try lifting.
>>39800130
seems kinda right, do not fucking bulk, 15% BF is when people decide "ok, im starting to get fat" not "time to buy 20 boxes of poptarts".
>>39800160
OK, I ordered myself a set of calipers to keep an eye on things.
Should I continue doing volume instead of weight for my workouts? I don't expect my lifts to go UP during a cut, but I can keep adding 5 lbs or microloading here and there, right?
