Alright /fit/, I got a pair of pretty good Bluetooth headphones for Christmas (obviously not the ones in the picture, an athletic pair). I haven't listened to music while working out because it's been inconvenient with my old wired headphones, but I think I'd be more comfortable now that I've got a decent pair.

Any recommendations for a decent workout/high energy playlist? I'd ask /mu/ but they'd probably burn my ears out. I'd prefer a list off of Spotify or something similar, but I'm sure I can find or download any music I need that you guys recommend.

similar thing happened to me the other day. i woke up in the middle of the night feeling like my entire thigh was tied in a fucking knot. light activity and foam rolling every few hours really helped for me, although rolling it hurts like a bitch at first.

WTF? I'm only 5'9'', 130 lbs, dressing jeans + white shirt 99%. I'm just a skinnier version of the average male yet I constantly get this random guys trying to AMOG me. Like I'm just passing and they try to get my attention getting all macho and defensive. Also in my last job we had this taller and heavier guy who would came with a coworker, start a conversation then keep attempting to get a reaction. I just pretended to never get his insults but he kept trying and trying.

Are these guy getting intimidated somehow to the point they need to insult me? are they doing this because they belive they would easily win a fight with me? or is this some secret gay pick up line I don't get?
