Here's some progress I made the other day op.

Managed to slim down, worked on parts that I wasn't happy with.

Pretty pleased with the results, although there's still a few things I want to improve on.

It's so fucking depressing, I was really fucking chill and relaxed when ASMR worked on me back in 2013/2014. Now I can't get it to work for me anymore, not even the most intense stuff.

PBJ is used as a placeholder for essential amino acids / macro breakdown. afaik it provides all of them. Calories per TDEE

Which antioxidant do you think is missing? Hypothetically how long one could do this diet?

Why do people always leave out their binges and pretend like they never happened as if they dont impact on their cutting?


I cut for 7 months on 1,800 calories per day and went from 85kg to 70kg, 0 cheat days, and now I maintain 70kg on 2,200 calories and my weight is concrete stable, 0 cheat days.


For you fat fucks out there that think you can just keep on doing those cheat days and thinking they don't have much of an effect, while you sit there wondering why you haven't lost weight, or regained some weight when cutting on low calories...you're doing it fucking wrong, stop fucking cheating. Stop falling for the "one day of binging doesn't matter" meme, because it fucking does, especially if you're prone to gaining fat easily.

A couple of weeks ago I posted my app that I made to log your lifts. I got some great feedback, but I'm having trouble chasing down some bugs in the app.

Namely the cursor out of bounds error seen in pic below. I can't find how to recreate it. If you guys wouldn't mind trying to break the app and tell me how you did it I would appreciate it a lot.

More info: this error is in the exercise properties (when you create an exercise in a routine and long press the exercise name to get into the properties)

Just do 50 sit-ups at once every day, that's all you need for abs unless you have completely shit genetics, too much bodyfat, low testosterone levels, or aren't eating enough food/protein.
