How to get faster at sprinting /fit/? I'm strong (4+ pl8 squat, 2.5pl8 power clean) but am struggling to find stuff to make me faster, I've got a good first 5-10 yards but not great much further. Any sprintbros or footballbros help me out?

Working 3rd shift in my last job is when I made the most gains. You have no excuse to why you can't wake up earlier, go lift fresh then go to work. Lifting after a 9-6 shift is way worse.
How fucked am I with Pectus Excavatum this bad? I have problems running long distance (run out of breath), could this be a factor?

during august i broke my wrist playing soccer and the doctor advised me not to do any sports until at least March.
The problem is that in this period I have fattened bc I did nothing
During the summer i was about 68-70 kilos and now I'm about 75, all in the belly.
What can I do during this period?

You realize you have legs right?
Do the couch to 5k to begin running. I'd also recommend swimming and/or biking. If you choose to swim, use a kick board while your arm heals. When your arm heals, do breast strokes with the buoy in between your legs to get your arms back in shape.
Write down what you are eating and stop eating/drinking sugars.
