I took venlafaxine, it affected my gains because I wasn't hungry and was sleepy all the time. BUT that's me being irresponsible. If you eat, regardless of how hungry you are(n't) and lift, it will not affect your gains. It simply can't.
Even if you feel you're too sleepy, it won't last for more than a couple of weeks.

drink mineral water for minerals, just check if the amount is high on the etiquette. for vitamins eat fruits and vegetables (duh). Slice in dices and make a salad, add honey and lemon juice for fruits, pepper and vinegar for vegetables (check some recipes in web). also honey for vitamins and minerals, if available get some from beekeeper, it's not that expensive.

Increasing OHP Without Fractionals
Hey /fit/, natty anon here. I'm looking to increase my OHP after hitting the 140kg plateau. I can't use fractional plates, or test. I'm considering using Doug Hepburn's program (replacing seated OHP with standing: https://www.muscleandstrength.com/articles/extreme-powerbuilding-doug-hepburn.html)
Is this a good idea? Have any of you had any experience with programs that helped your OHP.
