It is damn near impossible to gain muscle without gaining at least some fat
As long as you eat healthy and work hard you should look good tho
So do SS and bulk hard. But don't do GOMAD unless you are an absolute skelly
I was 5'6, 160lbs and fat af. I started lifting, ate at -500 deficit to lose 30lbs. After that I upped my cals to a -200 deficit and started eating protein and fat as my highest macros. Still in the process of recomping, but trust me-- lift heavy for a long time and eat right. Also, a lil fat doesn't look bad if you have a decent amount of muscle, depending on where you genetically store it.
