Some mornings, after my coffee, due to big muscles and DOMS I can't reach my asshole to wipe after pooping.
Does anyone else get this problem? It's only started happening 3 months ago. There hasn't been an issue so far because I always shit before I leave for work and my mum and dad are there to wipe my bum, but I'm scared if I need to do a shit at work. What will I do?
Does /fit/ have any good techniques to stop yourself pooping, or coercing workmates into wiping your bum?

I'm very fond of slow cooker recipes for when I'm at classes, so here is some slow cooker chicken soup.
Ingredients
>5 chopped red potatoes
>1 diced large white onion
>2 cups diced carrots
>5 diced celery stalks
>3 diced garlic cloves
>2 chicken breasts
>6 cups of chicken broth
>2 tbsp butter or olive oil
>1 tsp salt
>1 tsp pepper
>1 tsp thyme
>1 tsp onion powder
>1 tsp garlic powder
>½ tsp oregano
>2 tbsp parsley
>4 cups of spinach
Directions
>Wash and chop the red potatoes.
>Wash and dice the carrots, onions, celery, and garlic.
>Trim fat off the chicken breasts.
>Put all the potatoes, vegetables (except spinach), meat, butter or oil, seasonings (except parsley), and broth into a slow cooker and cook on the lowest heat for 6 hours.
>After 6 hours, fish out the chicken breasts and shred them with a fork.
>Put the chicken back in the pot with the parsley and spinach, stir, and turn the slow cooker up to high to continue cooking for 10 minutes.
>Done. You can also add some noodles during the last 10 minutes, but I think it's chunky enough as is. If you do, you should add an extra cup of broth at step 4.

How do I help motivate others to start lifting and losing weight?
I'm trying to convince my mother to start more actively working out to lose her extra weight and finally get her to a healthy weight. She has agreed to work with me and eat better, but she still lacks motivation to actually get out there and workout. I'm not the one in believing in giving up on others, so I want to try as much as I can to get her more motivated.
I'm sure once she starts to see progress, it'll be like dominoes from there. How'd you help?

I used to be 155-160 pounds (5'11). Naturally a skinny guy. The problem is within the last year I've lost weight like mad. My gf left and used to cook, I barely eat shit these days. I'm down to 135 lbs and gotta gain wait.
