Just started doing SL5X5 from the sticky, my problem is my gyms smallest plates are 2.5kg meaning that when I'm supposed to add the 2.5 kg recommended with each workout it un-balances the bar. Is this okay or will it cause injury? If so what do I do?

You guys are pretty good, motivated, setting goals, etc. but physical fitness is only one dimension of success.
Unless you are callum von moger or a pro athlete, you will reach the point of diminishing returns fast by getting more jacked. Better to invest your extra time in other areas. I think there are several:
>Finance (pretty basic just spend less than you earn, invest in assets and your own income potential)
>Family - if you don't get married and raise at least 2 children your life has been wasted
>Social - having a circle of good friends, not degenerates you you just get drunk with
>Hobbies
Scooby is a good example. I give him a pass on the not having kids because he's gay, he still is in a long term relationship and has a variety of friends like the old lady who lived on his street that died recently.
The older I get the more I realize you are better off shooting for top 20% in each of these categories than top 1% in a single one.

For females, yes. While there are some women who are skinny and not fit, it's quite rare. There is really no such thing as a fit fat person however.
Males must have low bf as well as muscle mass to be considered fit.
