/fit/ I need some help. I have a minor case of pectus excavatum aka sunken chest and because of that my pecs always look big. When I was younger I was dumb and thought building them with muscle with the bench press would work but it only made it worse

Is there anything I can do outside a non covered $5000 plastic surgery?

you could try to do some pullovers and dumbbell flyes to "open" up the ribcage but don't expect anything remotely close to a miracle

You're in better shape than the majority of this country. You look fine, m8. If you're stressing over this then you won't be able to cope when you start losing hair, losing muscle, your skin starts sagging and you get older.

Maybe buy an ab wheel and give it a shot too. I use one and it hits my upper abdominals hard as fuck. It might draw peoples eyes away from your chest.

Why is bad to become physically fit, if you mostly want women to find you attractive ?

Even if you're exercising and lifting for women, it's still better than doing nothing.

It's not but one day you will be a married man or widower and will need to keep in shape. It's better to also have some motivation to do resistance/cardio for the sake of health, no? If or when I get married I don't want to become some flabby fuck.

You need to force posterior pelvic tilt to keep tension in the front of your core and not the back. Ab wheel might be too difficult for that hollow body position. You could do walkouts with your hands instead to more easily control the motion.
