If I were you I'd look into some simple face cleaners if acne is an issue. If your that concerned you can always see a dermatologist and get a prescription but keep in mind the reaction/alleged res your body could have.

I'm terms of suppliments anything good that will actually help you make gains is a little expensive. I'd suggest buying in bulk though if you want to go that route. Rivalus clean mass gainer works best and if you buy 10lb bags on amazon you should be good for a while.

Hey /fit/, I am new here and need some help.

After reading the sticky a few months ago I started losing weight. I have so far lost 35 pounds and am down to 150-153. for the last 10 pounds I have been on a pretty harsh diet, but at 150 my progress went from 2-3 pounds a week to nothing. I am still eating below maintenance ( 5 7 eating around 1750 cal) and exercising normally but for the last 2 weeks i have made no progress. does anyone know how to get over this?

Am I the only one who finds fitness girls extremely annoying and cringy? They are no fun to be around, constantly talk about what they eat, post and hastag everything on insta, usually are flat as a pancake or look like a 12 year old boy with fake tits. Fitness girls also usually don't drink which is boring as well. The difference between guys in fitness and girls in fitness is that we don't have to announce every meal and workout to the world.

How do I leaned to bench properly?
What are some good reads, or watches, or just tips in general?

My bench has always been my worst lift, and I don't want to continue blaming it on my frame. I'm 6'4"

Bump i need to know this aswell, my HS football coach always told me to tuck my elbows.
However now im powerlifting and "general strength style" bench press just doesnt do it for me anymore. Yet i keep seeing raw powerlifters bench really wide (elbow wise) and flare their arms out bodybuilding style, isnt this style harmful?

Has anybody tried doing leg lengthening surgery? I'm short thanks to my dad (he's 5'4") and my mom is 5'5". I've looked up on some articles and people say that it's painful, but I can't help but think of the success and freedom that I could obtain if I did it.

It would just be crippling anon and unnatural, also its dumb because it only extends one type of limb, your body will be ill-preportioned, your arms will be same length, your torso will be same length, your frame will be same width. height isn't just about verticals, its about limb size and relative ratio of looking normal and big too.
