just find a local gym and turn up to train nothing to worry about. your not going to be sparring for months if your new.

Boxing is beyond my realm of knowledge so I dunno. However, getting into calisthenics is fun af.
Just grab yourself some gymnast rings and you're set.

You should really work on your cardio before you even step foot in a boxing gym. The first time I did, I could barely even hold my arms up by the time I even got into the ring. When I did get in the ring, it was the longest two minutes of my life.
