Right guys,

I'm having some serious debates with myself over this shit, if anyone could help me with this that would be great.

I've been looking into LGD-4033 and need a few questions answered.

Firstly-

-Does this shit actually work? Not expecting crazy gains, but some gains would be good.

-What forms can you get it in? I read somewhere you can't get real LGD in pill form and if it is it'll be a prohormone? Is this true or bullshit?

-Where the fuck is a legit place to buy it in the UK? I found somewhere on Ebay which sells it in powder form.. worth the risk?

And if anyone can post results they've got from it and experiences that would be great, cheers guys.

Yes it works, nothing crazy and very dose person dependent. You can get pills, powder, or solutions all work the same as long as the source is good. The whole "pills are bad" thing is from the shills on sarmsX that are trying to justify their absurd prices.

If you are in the UK you can probably still find a brick&mortar store that has stock of olympus labs. If that goes no where hit up /r/sarmsourcetalk

Im joining the army soon. So what would you recommend me doing with gaining muscle?

Cos the training is on for 17 weeks & it is going to be a lot of running & different stuff compared to the gym. So have any advice on how to not lose my gains & get more while doing the training? What would i be eating/

In all likelihood, you might actually lose some of your gains. Military conditioning was all calisthenics, cardio, and team exercises like running with a log. The diet was terrible too. I alternated between shitting my guts out and not being able to take a shit for days.

4chan.org/k might have some better advice than /fit, but yeah, it's mainly endurance that makes a good soldier not strength. You still need a minimum, of course, but focus on cardio.

Sorry guys if this is in the sticky, but I'm still a bit confused

People generally say noobs can put on 2lbs of muscle per month under optimal conditions right?

(tell me I'm wrong as my next question is based on that)

So what sort of weight gain should I be aiming for per month? Zero fat is impossible so is something like 2.5lbs per month good? A 4:1 muscle:fat ratio. And also at what point would you say too much is being gained, above 3lbs per month?

I know you can also just look at the mirror but I trust hard numbers more

coming back after a break in lifting, what does /fit/ recommend as shoulder workout?
I've lifted 18 months with a month or so off so I'm still farily beginner I suppose.

basically just curious about other peoples lifts and progress who've been training as long as me.

Been lifting for 8 - 9 months from skinnyfat no muscle ( I started by benching the bar lol )

5'10
183 lbs
20% bf.

bench 1rm = 204lbs
ohp 10rm = 132lbs
dl 1rm = 319lbs ( I rarely do deadlifts )
squat = N/A I don't squat

I recently got a blood test done, and while my cholesterol was pretty alright my fasting glucose was at 119mg/dl, which I'm told means I have prediabetes. I'm looking to alter my diet accordingly, is there anything special I'd need to focus on or do general dieting tips still apply (obviously with a higher subtraction of sugar as well)?

Brick (and others), whenever you get to this, what's your opinion on Antagonist training? Not on a macro scale such as chest/back, but alternating between major muscle groups within the same region.

e.g. Squat, leg curl, leg extension, RDL's, etc. on a leg day (quad/ham/quad/ham) rather than quad/quad/ham/ham

Haven't tried it myself but curious if it's something worth working into a routine in any capacity.

Most pharmacies have chocolate drinks that have about 350 calories in a 6-8oz bottle, my mom used them to regain 10 pounds that she lost a while back. Any milk substitute is pretty shitty and won't give you the same effect as GOMAD. Or if you're actually a fitfag you could make a shake

Try water, (insert protein powder here), raw eggs, tons of bananas, oats, & something for flavor (vanilla, etc). Emphasis on the bananas & peanut butter though.
