What's your opinion/experience regarding intermittent fasting? I've rolled around the idea of going 24 hours without food once a week, eating extra calories the day after to compensate.
I eat from 9am to 5pm.

So this has been happening recently. I'm not talking about normal doms, but rather sometimes I'll wake up in the middle of the night and my lats will be in crippling pain. It feels sorta like a calf cramp. As anyone else had this problem? I train them often and they have grown pretty big.

I've been meaning to begin fasting recently but I just can't make it the whole day without eating. It doesn't help that I also frequent /ck/--all of the food looks too good on a fast.

But drinking is fucking fun. Every time I drink, I wind up in cooler social situations, having a better time, and I'm about 5X more charming when I'm buzzed.
But I feel like alcohol just sort of sucks the life out of me. In the next few days after drinking, I'm not as creative, I can't think as clearly, and my senses are sort of dulled.
I want to drink and have fun, and I can't party and socialize on nearly the same level without alcohol, but I want to stay in shape and be able to think clearly. What am I supposed to do?
