Hey /fit/ fatty here. I can't seem to lose weight. I'm 253 lbs at 5'9" right now. I'm on an upper/lower split program right now so I workout 4x a week. Every tdee calculator I've used says I need 3300 kcal to stay the same weight, but I've been eating 2200 kcal a day. I can't lose weight and I stay at 253 lbs. Has anyone had a similar problem? pls help I just wanna get lean and aesthetic
