How do you guys eat enough protein? Eating 0.5 - 1g of protein per lb of bodyweight seems like an unreasonable amount to reach every day.

It's not easy if you're doing solid food, but a shake with like 50+g makes it pretty simple to hit the mark for me.

It's also lean body mass, not bodyweight. Err on the high side though.

Tell me, what's the point of lifting for aesthetics if you don't have a big dick?

No matter how swole you get, every girl you ever get into bed will just think you're overcompensating - not to mention the disappointment is much higher if you have a good body as opposed to an average one

I wanted to start neck training with simple bodyweight neck curls. I laid on my bed and had my head sticking out, did literally 8 reps and i felt so fucking dizzy i almost threw up. This fucking headache lasted for 2 days. I will never train neck directly again.

When should I start adding weight? Right now I do 3 sets unweighted, approx:

Strength is best built with low reps, so if you want to get stronger to do more pull ups. Add weight now.

get to 12 reps of all, then do 8 reps with weight. work up to 12 then add weight and go to 8.

unless you just want to get stronk then add weight now and try to do 3-5 reps. work up to 8 then add weight and drop to 3-5.
