Considering your height and weight i would say no, use a tdee calculator and add 300 cals to that, also you dont need that much protein specially on a bulk

I feel like there is so much information on lifting and fitness but so much misinformation as well. How can you tell whats real and whats fake?
Like, I have seen people here shitting on the sticky information but everyone still says read the sticky. Does the sticky involve any misinformation? How can you tell whats lies and what is real?
As a person that is newer to lifting, how would I know if I am on the right path or not? How do I know if a routine will work for me?
Basically, I feel like there is so much information to the point where misinformation could be right in front of you blending in.
when in doubt go for average. if lifting was street fighter, go for ryu. if lifting was mcdonalds, get the big mac.
whats the universal basic? two exercises per bosy part, one compound one isolated, each for 5 sets of 8-12 reps twice a week, however you can pull it off.

To be fit/strong, reach 2/3/4/5 plates for reps
then cut down to a low body fat.
Figure out how to reach those lifts yourself. (pro tip weight/volume progression over time and eat above maintenance)
